Our workshop focuses on enhancing well-being and increasing one’s vibrational frequency through a variety of techniques. Some of these techniques include mindfulness meditation, aromatherapy, yoga, and creating a personalized body care routine using natural ingredients such as essential oils, herbs, and crystals.
During the workshop, participants will be guided through various exercises to help them connect with the present moment and release tension from their bodies. They will also learn how to use essential oils, herbs, and crystals to boost their frequency and enhance their overall well-being.
The workshop will include breathing techniques, pace moves, and face yoga exercises, all of which can help improve circulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote relaxation.
